Preferred Qualifications

Depending on the position, preferred qualifications may include:

  • EPA Section 608 Certification

  • Valid Michigan Driver's License

  • HVAC experience

  • NATE Certification (preferred)

  • BPI Certification (preferred for building performance roles)

  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
